December 14th and 15th
If you’re looking for a last minute gift for that special pup in your life, you’ll want to check out the Happy Howlidays Boutique at Chicago Animal Care and Control. From 12pm – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, you’ll find a selection of dog toys and accessories. Santa will be on site for photos, too!
You know you’re looking for another excuse to wear your ugly Christmas sweater. This Sunday is the perfect opportunity to do so at the Ugly Sweater Holiday Party at Chicago Party Animals. Large dogs will celebrate from 11am – 1pm, and small dogs will take the floor from 1pm – 3pm. The cost is only $5 per person, and dogs are free.
As you can see, there’s a lot of fun to be had in Chicago leading up to Christmas and New Years. Benefits are a great way to give back to an organization you’re passionate about, and dog-friendly events are perfect for allowing your pup to get a bit of exercise when it’s too cold to play outside. If we’ve missed any noteworthy events going on around Chicago this holiday season, please share with us on The Doggy Dojo Facebook page!
